Why I became a therapist
My journey into counselling grew from a simple belief: being truly heard can change a life. I know reaching out can feel vulnerable. I’ll meet you with empathy, honesty, and respect — walking alongside you as you make sense of what’s happening and move toward greater confidence and wellbeing.
You can read more about counselling approaches on the NHS and NICE websites.
