Where are your in-person sessions held?
In Maidstone and Teston. Both locations are easy to access with free parking. You’ll receive full directions when you book.
How long is a session?
Sessions are typically 50 minutes. We’ll agree a regular time that works for you.
What if I can’t make it in sometimes?
No problem. We can switch to online counselling when needed so your support stays consistent.
What if I’ve never had counselling before?
That’s okay. We’ll move gently, set a pace that feels right, and you’re welcome to ask questions at any time.
