FAQs about relationship counselling
Do we attend together or separately?
Either can work. Some people begin individually to clarify what they want to say, while others prefer to come together. We’ll choose the format that supports you best.
Can you help if trust has been broken?
Yes. We’ll create a structured space for honesty, accountability, and repair—moving at a pace that feels safe for both of you.
How many sessions will we need?
It varies. Some couples or individuals find 6–8 sessions helpful; others prefer longer-term work. We’ll review regularly and agree together.
Do you offer online sessions?
Yes. I offer online counselling in Kent via secure video, as well as in-person sessions in Maidstone & Teston.
