IEMT uses guided eye movements to help shift stuck emotional responses and limiting self-beliefs. Often helpful for anxiety, trauma, guilt or shame. Sessions are focused and change-oriented.

▶ Can therapy work alongside medication?

Bereavement Counselling
▶ How long should grief take?
There’s no timetable — we’ll create space for your process, whether the loss was recent or many years ago. See Bereavement counselling.
▶ Do I have to talk about the loss every time?
No — we can move between grief, day-to-day coping, and what feels manageable each week. More: Bereavement counselling.
▶ Is it okay if I don’t cry?

Relationship Counselling
▶ Do you see couples?

CBT Counselling
▶ What happens in CBT sessions?
We identify thought/behaviour patterns, then test new tools (e.g., reframing, exposure, problem-solving) between sessions. More: CBT counselling.

Online Counselling
▶ Which platforms do you use?
I normally use Zoom (small download). If you prefer, we can use Microsoft Teams. More: Online counselling.

▶ What happens if the tech fails?

Low Self-Esteem Therapy
▶ How do you work with low self-esteem?

▶ Can I come even if I’m not sure what I need yet?

Humanistic Counselling

IEMT Therapy (Integral Eye Movement Therapy)
▶ What is IEMT?

I’m an integrative counsellor (person-centred base), Registered Member MBACP and accredited by NCPS. My practice is clinically supervised, insured, and I engage in regular CPD. Learn more about me.

Yes — with rare exceptions for safety, serious risk to you/others, court orders, or certain legal obligations. We’ll discuss this clearly at the first session. Read more about me.
▶ What is your cancellation policy?
Please give 48 hours’ notice to cancel; otherwise the session fee applies. If something urgent happens (e.g., illness), we’ll discuss options. For bookings, contact me.
